Awful

Absolutely hated this bread - it had a gritty, sandy texture, dry and bland sawdust taste, literally fell apart in my hands as I tried to eat a sandwich. A sad, gross mess. Will never buy again.

Is Low Fodmap

Idk why these other 3 reviews seem so upset that it isn’t low fodmap when it is because agave syrup is low fodmap at 1tsp. Which there definitely isn’t that much agave per slice, you probably have to eat like 3 slices to get close to that. I just came up with that number but you should be fine at 2 slices

Not Low Fodmap

How can this bread be low fodmap when Agave is an ingredient at the top of its list. It makes me gaseous . Also I have noticed that some cereals from natures path that are very clean but have molasses towards end of list are not compliant yet RICE CHEX made by big company is compliant and has molasses this seems a bit odd to me. How do they really determine what is low fodmap and what isn't ???
