I recommend this bread as it is soft and actually taste normal without needing to cook or toast it!

Makes Gluten Free Easier!
This bread is dense, soft and oh so tasty! I understand why people want bigger slices but for me (IBS requires me to eat smaller meals every couple hours)… it’s just right!

Delicious but tiny slices and expensive!
I'm very glad I found this bread, however, it's too expensive to buy every week. It is worth an occasional splurge, otherwise I'll make my own bread in my new bread maker.

Best GF Out There
This hands down is the best gluten free bread that I’ve tried to date. Would highly recommend. A lot of people with celiacs also react to amaranth, and this bread is amaranth free as well!

What is this, a bread for ants? (Otherwise amazing)
I loved this bread. Great taste, a little eggy but I like eggs. Toasted really well, held up in small sandwich very well. Keyword: small. Like a lot of other gluten free products this bread is really small. Like tiny. Proportionately, if my cat made a sandwich out of this it would be just his size. I would describe it as an XL crouton (with regular sized bread and those really thick farmhouse slices from the bakery as XXL and XXXL respectively). But I miss bread so I won’t complain too much.
