One of the best cookie dough ice creams
Sensitive to fructans here, and this dreamy ice cream has never given me a problem beyond occasionally GERD (as almost all sweets do, since fat and chocolate are reflux triggers for me and I eat copious amounts of both when indulging). This is one of the best cookie dough ice creams I’ve ever had. It tastes somewhat coconutty. The cookie dough is the right balance of salty and sweet and honestly I would pay for a tub of just this specific cookie dough. Just the bits. I want them all.
