How do I report a product?
If you see something that doesn’t look right, please report it! We’re happy to take a look and make any necessary changes.
- Tap the grey flag icon in the top right-hand corner of the product modal.
- Leave us a message explaining why the product needs another look.
- We typically respond via email within 48 hours once the product has been assessed.
Here are a few reasons to report a product:
- The image is incorrect.
- The ingredient list is out of date. (We try to update all sources every 3 months, but sometimes things fall through the cracks.)
- The allergen statement is out of date.
- The name of the product is incorrect or unclear.
- The product should be a different color.
