Better than Bread
As a dietitian I really love these sweet potato toasts as a healthy and delicious alternative to toast. These are amazing topped with peanut butter and sliced bananas or 1/8 avocado, arugula, and an egg. They sometimes get stuck in my toaster (reason for the 4 vs 5 stars), a toaster oven would be perfect. You need to toast a few times for best results. These are the perfect palate for so many yummy low FODMAP toppings.
