Delicious

Rigid adherence to the FODMAP diet was giving me a lot of diarrhea and misery so I relaxed but now I'm getting constipated. Maybe it's lactose?//I've been a fan of malt since the first time I tasted it: why drink a shake if there's no malt in it? /I found this at a grocery store I don't shop; I'm impressed. It contains milk so it's handy for camping, chemotherapy days , etc. Their 1st choice is hot but I prefer cold. Much better than Ovaltine. Hope it's available in unchocolate.
