Heat oven to 400 degrees F wash and shuck oysters place oysters in a baking pan bake in center of oven 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees OPTIONAL: A 1/2" of rock salt may be added in the bottom of the baking pan prior to the oysters to steady them during baking ***KEEP REFRIGERATED***
