Best GF Bread
There is honey in this bread, but the amount is questionable. There is a safe serve of honey for individuals with IBS, which is 1 teaspoon. If you are sensitive to fructose I would tread with caution, however, it is not an overtly sweet bread so contacting the manufacturer might make it clearer whether it is low FODMAP or not. Personally I am not sensitive to fructose so this is the bread for me. It doesn’t have fiber though so be warned, it can make you kind of constipated if you err toward it

Normal sized slices
The heritage style has slices are normal sized so you can make real sandwiches. No tiny piece of bread here. It tastes good regular or toasted and there are no giant holes like other brands. This is the bread brand that myself , a SIL and niece all eat.
