Decent taste and texture for the price, and super easy to use. It does have that classic “rice flour taste”, so if you’re sensitive to that then maybe pass on it. Also be aware that your pancakes and waffles probably won’t brown up the way normal ones do.

I was dismayed at how expensive so many gluten free baking mixes are. This one is half the price of the brand names. I have only used it it to make pancakes so far, but the taste is really good. There is a slight taste difference considering it is Gluten-free, but this one is the closest I have had to a traditional pancake mix. Definitely worth a try before purchasing the more expensive brands.
