SIBO Trigger for me :(
My RD recommended OWYN drinks b/c they were fodmap-certified by Monash. But I definitely had a SIBO flare after drinking these for a few days. I did a little research. In 2019, the Meal Replacement shakes were certified low fodmap (but not the protein shakes). Something changed between them & now b/c the Meal Replacement shakes are no longer certified low fodmap either. Both contain prebiotic supplements which ais maybe the problem for some. Too bad b/c they are yummy!
Expensive but worth it
This is the first protein drink I have tried that I enjoy. The taste is more milk chocolate than dark chocolate but I don’t mind it. It also has a significant amount of protein. This supplement is helping me lose weight! I highly recommend it!
