About Sauerkraut

Sauerkraut is a traditional fermented food made by allowing finely cut cabbage to ferment in its own juices with the addition of salt. This fermentation process results in a tangy and flavorful dish that is rich in probiotics, beneficial for gut health. Sauerkraut can be made from either common or red cabbage and is a staple in many European cuisines.
