Great snack if you’re missing Cheetos
The natural flavors in this product do not appear to contain any FODMAPs and are instead cheeses. If you’re severely lactose intolerant, this may pose a problem, but it hasn’t impacted me at all. The rest are artificial. These are great little snacks, I can eat my weight in these and am fine. I am super sensitive to fructans, and I’ve not reacted to these. This is actually actually one of my safe foods when I’m not feeling the best.
