Been enjoying this ice cream for years.
Low FODMAP but not ice cream
This ice cream is made with many additives that make it behave not like real ice cream. It is soften even at freezer temperatures. Real ice cream is solid and must be thawed a little bit. Not this one. A bit of a gummy texture. But it is lactose free.
Bryers lactose free ice cream
I love that you make lactose free ice cream. I wish you made more flavors that Kroger would carry. My last remark is that as much as I love it I should be eating a low-carb ice cream as well. Is there anyway to make a low carb lactose free ice cream?
Not Low Fodmap
Corn syrup is a major ingredient that is not low Fodmap.
