just a couple are enough to leave you with terrible constipation/diarrhea. my friend ate 2 and had issues for about a day, and i ate a serving and it left me with the most awful stomach pain of my life. dont do this to yourself if u have ibs. ik they taste good but u will regret it. not worth the 3 days of stomach pain that i am dealing with.
