Why it's not GERD friendly
- citric acid
citric acid
Dietitian noteCitric acid, a common food additive, is a known GERD trigger due to its high acidity, which can directly irritate the esophagus. It can also weaken the lower esophageal sphincter, allowing stomach acid to flow back up and cause heartburn. Furthermore, even small amounts of citric acid can significantly increase stomach acid production, worsening reflux symptoms.

Trying to drink more water!
it's deff helping me drink more water! I use a couple drops in with some frozen, organic fruit and I LOVE IT! Just wish it was not stevia.
