Meat 91% (Wild Boar 56%, *Pork 35%), Dehydrated potato, Rice, Onion, Salt, GF Breadcrumbs, Mono Sodium Glutamate, Vegetable fibre, Dextrin, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrate, Sodium Diacetate), Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Preservative (Sodium metabisulphite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Spices. * Wild Boar is so low in fat we need to add pork to the blend otherwise the burger wouldn't hold its shape and becomes very tough and crumble when cooked. Defrost in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 5 days. Not suitable for refreezing. If purchased chilled, store below 5 °C in the refrigerator and consume by the use by date. Not suitable for freezing.
