What is a Low FODMAP diet?
A Low FODMAP diet limits foods high in certain short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can be poorly absorbed in the gut. These include specific sugars found in foods like onions, garlic, beans, apples, and wheat. It's commonly followed by people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive sensitivities to reduce bloating, gas, and discomfort. The diet typically involves an elimination phase, followed by gradual reintroduction to identify personal triggers. When followed carefully, often with a dietitian's guidance, a Low FODMAP diet can help manage symptoms while maintaining a balanced and varied intake of nutrients.

Finally A Great Lactose Free Yogurt
This yogurt is so delicious! It’s thick and creamy. It tastes really good with banana. It is full of protein!! The only problem I have is finding it in a store near me.
Fantastic consistency!!
I've found plant based yogurts to be super watery. This yogurt is thick, creamy, and I am just as satisfied with it as with dairy yogurts.
Great source of protein for breakfast
I’m addition to follow a LFM diet, I am also IF with low carb/no grains. Focused on high levels of healthy proteins, fats and fiber to satiate me. This was a godsent when I started the LFM diet so I can have smoothies and chia breakfast bowls. I find it at my local Fresh Thyme market.
10/10 would recommend
For the longest time I’ve been trying to find a greek yoghurt alternative to get my protein in without all the sugar in other Low Fodmap options like almondmilk yogurt and this definitely takes first place. It’s great alone for sweet and savory dishes but I personally add even more protein, a scoop to be exact with some coffee brewed with water which adds both sweetness and flavor making this the best breakfast in the world, toss in some fruits and you’re set. Best lactose free yogurt
This yogurt is a perfect staple for a low FODMAP diet. It’s very versatile; great snack alone, as a smoothie, base for salad dressing combined with Mayo and Colavita garlic infused olive oil. I just wish it were available in more stores!
