What is a Gluten Free diet?

A gluten-free diet excludes all foods containing gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives. It's essential for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or wheat allergy, as consuming gluten can trigger inflammation and digestive issues. Common gluten-containing foods include bread, pasta, cereals, and baked goods, though many gluten-free alternatives now exist using rice, corn, or almond flour. Beyond medical necessity, some people choose a gluten-free lifestyle for perceived health benefits, though experts emphasize the importance of maintaining a balanced diet rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals when eliminating gluten-containing grains.

If you are allergic to corn, don’t try these

I have a corn allergy and unfortunately after eating a few of these I had symptoms. It’s most likely the peanut butter or the cocoa is cross-contaminated. Many people with corn allergies have a tough time finding a safe peanut butter.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Perfection

These chocolate peanut butter cups are the perfect sweet treat! The dark chocolate tastes pure, none of that waxy chocolate taste. The peanut butter is perfectly sweetened and actually tastes like real peanut butter.. These taste better than Reese’s peanut butter cups and contain higher quality ingredients.
