What is a Gluten Free diet?
A gluten-free diet excludes all foods containing gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives. It's essential for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or wheat allergy, as consuming gluten can trigger inflammation and digestive issues. Common gluten-containing foods include bread, pasta, cereals, and baked goods, though many gluten-free alternatives now exist using rice, corn, or almond flour. Beyond medical necessity, some people choose a gluten-free lifestyle for perceived health benefits, though experts emphasize the importance of maintaining a balanced diet rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals when eliminating gluten-containing grains.

Texture Weird
Texture is kind of like thick foam, extremely dry crust:(
Versatile And Easy!
These have been in my pantry for years. Solid texture and easy to bake with.

Good pizza crust
Love this pizza crust, just wish a safe FODMAP serving size was half the pizza. 1/3 is not much for this small crust. But, glad to have a crust to eat when craving a slice of pizza.
Game changer!
My husband is low FOD map and GF but loves pizza. These have been so clutch! Homemade pizzas come together super quickly, and the crusts are really quite tasty.
I can have pizza again!
I have been struggling through making homemade gluten free pizza crusts for the longest time now but no more! These crusts are delicious and now a staple in my pantry. Highly recommend!
