Buffalo-style chips deliver a tangy, spicy flavor profile with heat and vinegary finish. Texture is crisp and airy with a firm crunch that holds for dipping. What is a Vegan diet?

A vegan diet excludes all animal-derived foods, including meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey. It focuses on plant-based sources such as fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Many people choose veganism for ethical, environmental, or health reasons. When well-planned, it provides sufficient protein, fiber, and antioxidants, though supplementation or fortified foods may be needed for nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. Vegan diets are associated with lower risks of heart disease and improved digestion but require mindfulness to ensure balanced and complete nutrition.

Gut friendly

This brand of protein chips (Wilde) have all been stomach friendly for me. I react to all the FODMAP groups so this has been a joy to find. The Buffalo flavor is a little spicy and may not be best for everyone but I absolutely love it. There is also no or low sugar with this brand. This is one of the hidden gems for our diet coming from someone whose been on a strict gluten free low FODMAP diet for several years.
