Description

Buffalo-style chips deliver a tangy, spicy flavor profile with heat and vinegary finish. Texture is crisp and airy with a firm crunch that holds for dipping. Consumers commonly eat them solo or often paired with ranch or blue cheese dips; reviews note bold seasoning, satisfying crunch, and occasional seasoning unevenness.

What is a Vegetarian diet?

A vegetarian diet eliminates meat, poultry, and fish but typically includes dairy, eggs, and plant-based foods. People adopt it for ethical, environmental, or health reasons. This diet emphasizes fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds as key nutrient sources. Vegetarians often get protein from eggs, tofu, beans, and lentils. It can offer health benefits such as reduced risk of heart disease and improved weight management, though attention should be given to nutrients like iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. With proper planning, a vegetarian diet can be both nutritionally complete and sustainable.

Gut friendly

This brand of protein chips (Wilde) have all been stomach friendly for me. I react to all the FODMAP groups so this has been a joy to find. The Buffalo flavor is a little spicy and may not be best for everyone but I absolutely love it. There is also no or low sugar with this brand. This is one of the hidden gems for our diet coming from someone whose been on a strict gluten free low FODMAP diet for several years.
