What is a Low FODMAP diet?

A Low FODMAP diet limits foods high in certain short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can be poorly absorbed in the gut. These include specific sugars found in foods like onions, garlic, beans, apples, and wheat. It's commonly followed by people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive sensitivities to reduce bloating, gas, and discomfort. The diet typically involves an elimination phase, followed by gradual reintroduction to identify personal triggers. When followed carefully, often with a dietitian's guidance, a Low FODMAP diet can help manage symptoms while maintaining a balanced and varied intake of nutrients.

Caused Bad Cramps

I was excited to find something chocolate to eat and for a few days, I had 1-2, but had delayed abdominal discomfort after having them. I didn’t think anything of it until day 3. I stopped for a day and had no issue. These caused bad cramps and gas. I switched to glutinos; I enjoy the flavor more and have had no issues!

Love theeeessseee

I love these so good. They in fact do not contain gluten at all and can be made into a delicious cake and frosting. My parents ( who can eat gluten) thought that the GF one was the one with gluten. The GF one tasted so good. Definitely need to keep in the house for junk food
