What is a Low FODMAP diet?
A Low FODMAP diet limits foods high in certain short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can be poorly absorbed in the gut. These include specific sugars found in foods like onions, garlic, beans, apples, and wheat. It's commonly followed by people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive sensitivities to reduce bloating, gas, and discomfort. The diet typically involves an elimination phase, followed by gradual reintroduction to identify personal triggers. When followed carefully, often with a dietitian's guidance, a Low FODMAP diet can help manage symptoms while maintaining a balanced and varied intake of nutrients.

Real sandwich size White Bread
Not tiny little loaves. Normal size slices. Fluffy and tasty.
So fluffy!!
Whilst it is close to $5 for a medium sized loaf- and I was hesitant to spend more money on terrible bread, as soon as I opened it and touched it - I didn't regret my choice. It was amazing and totally worth it. It tastes just like real bread. I mean it's real food but it tastes like wheat bread, it's amazing. Fluffy and soft, doesn't stick to your teeth. So so good. Worth the buy and better than schar..

Great GF sandwich bread
This bread is normal size, fluffy and not crumbly. It is at Aldi’s and is under $6 for a large loaf and comes in white or whole grain. I just made a sandwich from it and it was wonderful, while yesterday I enjoyed it with hummus.
