New discovery turned favorite

Whole Foods is where I originally found this but now Costco has it too. I have been using it to make different stir fry options and it adds so much to just plain food otherwise. While the serving size bugs me from a cooking standpoint (half a piece), I make it work as it really comes out nice in the end. The options for using this are endless. It’s now on my staple purchase list.
