Is Quinn Gluten Free Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Nuggets, 7 Oz. Low FODMAP?

Description
While many people are unhappy with this product, it does offer a good size bag and peanut butter filling. However, people have found the pretzel to be too hard and some have even said that it tastes like hard cardboard. As a nutritionist, I would say that this product is not ideal due to the hard pretzel and lack of nutrients. However, if you are looking for a quick snack that is dairy free, gluten free, non-GMO, and kosher, this might be a good option for you.

What is a Low FODMAP diet?
A Low FODMAP diet limits foods high in certain short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can be poorly absorbed in the gut. These include specific sugars found in foods like onions, garlic, beans, apples, and wheat. It's commonly followed by people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive sensitivities to reduce bloating, gas, and discomfort. The diet typically involves an elimination phase, followed by gradual reintroduction to identify personal triggers. When followed carefully, often with a dietitian's guidance, a Low FODMAP diet can help manage symptoms while maintaining a balanced and varied intake of nutrients.
Reviews
A household favorite
Crunchy pretzel nuggets with peanut butter filling. They taste like “real” pretzels but are gluten, corn, and dairy free.
Omg! Tastes just like the gluten ones
If you like or love peanut butter like me you need to try these! My daughter bought me some for Christmas and they are my new favorite snack, especially when traveling. I think they’re filling because of the peanut butter so when it’s hard to find things to eat on the road this is a great choice. At home i can just eat 2-3 and feel satisfied. They are very crunchy and hard on the outside with a little salt and the peanut butter inside. I hope you give them a try.
Delicious and safe
These are so good ...even members of my family who are not gluten free love them....healthy alternative to sugary snacks
