Description

Customers describe a mildly nutty, wholesome flavor and a firm yet slightly chewy texture, with a dense crumb that toasts evenly. Common uses include sandwiches, avocado toast, and grilled toasts; reviewers note it holds toppings well but can be crumbly when sliced thinly, and slices vary slightly in thickness, occasionally.

What is a Gluten Free diet?

A gluten-free diet excludes all foods containing gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives. It's essential for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or wheat allergy, as consuming gluten can trigger inflammation and digestive issues. Common gluten-containing foods include bread, pasta, cereals, and baked goods, though many gluten-free alternatives now exist using rice, corn, or almond flour. Beyond medical necessity, some people choose a gluten-free lifestyle for perceived health benefits, though experts emphasize the importance of maintaining a balanced diet rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals when eliminating gluten-containing grains.

Celiac Response After Eating

I had four pieces of this bread yesterday and this morning woke up with severe back and hip joint pain. These are symptoms I have experienced in the past year after eating gluten by accident. Each time I accidentally have gluten, the pain is more acute and lasts longer. I’m nauseous writing this review. Wish I had this app before even trying the bread. Now it’s bird food.
