yes definitely do not have if you have IBS

i thought id risk it you know? i used oat milk instead of regular and im normally great after trace amounts of garlic. oh no, tmi, but im writing this review from the toilet! ibs attak is passing over now but im scared that at any moment the cycle will begin again. taste was kinda worth it but no at the same time.
