Great fiber cracker for gluten free and low FODMAP

These crackers taste good. They remind me vaguely of what someone with organic hippie parents would be eating at snack time at school because their Mom doesn’t believe in flour. Or like what a nurse would feed a constipated person in a retirement home. Make no mistake these are actually good, they are just also good for you. I like the earthiness.
