Perfect Salmon Rub
I really enjoy this salmon rub when grilling, baking, or broiling salmon. I think it’s a perfect blend of sweet and spice with neither been overpowering. This is a family favorite and everybody really enjoys it. It is also lovely on chicken. I found this at Wholefoods and more recently in a large container at Costco.
