What is a Low FODMAP diet?

A Low FODMAP diet limits foods high in certain short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can be poorly absorbed in the gut. These include specific sugars found in foods like onions, garlic, beans, apples, and wheat. It's commonly followed by people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive sensitivities to reduce bloating, gas, and discomfort. The diet typically involves an elimination phase, followed by gradual reintroduction to identify personal triggers. When followed carefully, often with a dietitian's guidance, a Low FODMAP diet can help manage symptoms while maintaining a balanced and varied intake of nutrients.

Amazing

I tried these because I might have to go gluten free and they were very good. I had the original ones before when I could have gluten and these taste so much better than the original. I’m glad they’re better / similar because I thought I would have to give up so much things.

Delicious!!

I love Oreos, and these, to me, taste pretty much the same, so I love them, too. Also, they have “gluten free” printed on the cookie, which I think is cute

My favorite cookies!

I love these cookies. My husband (who is not GF) says they are slightly crunchier, but that they taste exactly like the original double stuffed. I love them. Of course, I wish they were cheaper, but that's what we have to deal with.
