What is a Low FODMAP diet?
A Low FODMAP diet limits foods high in certain short-chain carbohydrates (FODMAPs) that can be poorly absorbed in the gut. These include specific sugars found in foods like onions, garlic, beans, apples, and wheat. It's commonly followed by people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive sensitivities to reduce bloating, gas, and discomfort. The diet typically involves an elimination phase, followed by gradual reintroduction to identify personal triggers. When followed carefully, often with a dietitian's guidance, a Low FODMAP diet can help manage symptoms while maintaining a balanced and varied intake of nutrients.

Great Ritz Alternative
These actually taste pretty great. My only complaint is some are not really salted.

Struggling With Low FODMAP Crackers?
One of the hardest parts for me of the low FODMAP diet was crackers. Gluten free, plus no onion and garlic - left options that I felt tasted bland or overly salty. These crackers are so good. They are a good gluten free knockoff of Ritz crackers. They pair really well with a bit of jelly. 😋 The downside is that they are way smaller (and more expensive) than Ritz crackers. So if your looking for a cracker replacement, I would definitely try these.
Schar Crackers
Still way too crumbly! But taste "just like the real thing"!
