Delicious with just about anything. Organic, non GMO Has sunflower seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds

Just too yummy. Great taste, great crunch. I have used them instead of bread to eat sliced turkey on, topped with jam or sunbutter and even just straight out of box. Would not suggest this because it's easy to have a snack issue and eat more than you want to.
